The Wyoming Public Service Commission administers the Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF), designates and certifies Eligible Telecommunication Carriers (ETC), and oversees service quality issues for telecommunications.
Wyoming Relay/Deaf Services Questions regarding oversight, administration, and types of relay services are handled by Wyoming Workforce Services.
The monthly per-access line special fee described in Wyo. Stat. § 16-9-209(a) has increased to ten cents ($0.10) per month, effective February 1, 2024.
