The Wyoming Public Service Commission administers the Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF), designates and certifies Eligible Telecommunication Carriers (ETC), and oversees service quality issues for telecommunications.

Changes in Federal High Cost Support under Connect America Fund (CAF) affecting Wyoming Maps 

The monthly per-access line special fee described in Wyo. Stat. § 16-9-209(a) has increased to ten cents ($0.10) per month, effective February 1, 2024. 

This 2024 Annual Telecommunications Legislative Report provides an update on the state of the telecommunications industry in Wyoming through calendar year 2023.

These forms are for companies registering for the first time with the Wyoming Public Service Commission and for companies who are already registered that need to update their company information as well as an informational form for all entities providing telecommunication services in Wyoming.
