2025 Annual Report Filings
Every telecommunication company operating within the State of Wyoming, whether engaged in intrastate or interstate business or both, shall file with the Commission on or before February 15th of each year an annual report for the preceding calendar year in the form prescribed by and available from the Commission, per Commission Rule Chapter 5, Section 4(a). The Wyoming portion should be shown separately in the annual report.
Every public utility operating within the State of Wyoming, whether engaged in intrastate or interstate business or both, shall file with the Commission on or before May 1st of each year an annual report for the preceding calendar year in the form prescribed by and available from the Commission, per Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 32. Annual Report filing letters will be emailed to companies in January 2025. The Wyoming portion should be shown separately in the annual report.
The report will need to be submitted electronically into the Docket Management System (DMS) in both Excel (*.xlsx) and Adobe (*.pdf) formats with a signed and notarized Oath and Verification page.

ALL TELECOMS - Effective for calendar year 2026 (reporting data for calendar year 2025), the Commission has created a single, comprehensive Annual Report that will fulfill the requirement for both the WUSF and PSC Annual Report filings. This all-inclusive Annual Report is due February 16, 2026. To be clear, the WUSF Annual Report has always been due by February 15th per Commission Rule, Chapter 5, Section 4(a). The only change the Commission is instituting is to consolidate data from both the WUSF and PSC Annual Reports into a single comprehensive report. In most cases (non-certificated Annual Reports), the data collected in the individual reports were identical.
