The rate applies to 66,939 customers, including the Cheyenne and Cody divisions and all non-Choice Gas customers in the Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions who have elected to take service under the Gas Cost Adjustment Rate. February 7, 2025 – Docket No. 30026-102-GM-24 (Record No. 17726) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG) for authority to decrease the Revenue Adjustment Mechanism (RAM) rate credit by $0.0011 per therm, effective January 1, 2025. The rate is applicable to 134,612 customers, including Choice Gas customers, located throughout the Cheyenne, Cody, Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions. The Company submitted additional applications requesting rate changes to take effect concurrently, resulting in an overall rate increase of $0.0126 per therm for all customers. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order.
