October 16, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for authority to revise Section VI., of Rule 7, as more fully described below.

October 15, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Legacy Reserves Operating, LP (Legacy or the Company), to forfeit its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN).

October 15, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) for approval to establish Wobbe Indices for thermal heat zones 291 and 292, as more fully described below.

October 8, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Black Hills Power, Inc. d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHE or the Company), for approval of its proposal to deliver the benefits of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJ A) to its Wyoming electric customers.

October 3, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion Energy or Company) for authority to adjust the amortization of the Conservation Enabling Tariff (CET) deferred account balance, which will appear on customer bills as an adjustment to the non-gas cost portion of the Company’s Wyoming General Service (GS) rates.

October 3, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Gas Distribution, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Cheyenne Division (BHE or the Company) to pass on pass on a commodity cost decrease of $0.2276 per Dth for service rendered on an after October 1, 2019. Additionally, the Company proposed an increase of $0.4128 per Dth for the firm-supply reservation rate in its Firm Gas Transportation Schedule (TF) rate schedule, and an increase of $0.4283 per Dth for the on-peak demand charge in its Interruptible Gas Transportation Service (TI) rate schedule, effective on and after October 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

October 1, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public comment hearing is scheduled regarding the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company), for approval of a general rate increase of $16,121,638 or 17.28% annually to retail gas rates; the intervention of the Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate, a separate, independent division of the Commission charged with representing the interests of Wyoming citizens and all classes of utility customers, the intervention of Archer Energy, LLC and, the intervention of Federal Executive Agencies. A public comment hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the George Amos Memorial Building, Cottonwood Room, 412 S. Gillette Avenue, Gillette, Wyoming.

October 1, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has authorized Questar Gas Company d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion or the Company) to pass-on to its customers a wholesale gas cost decrease of $0.09147 per dekatherm (Dth), effective October 1, 2019. This approval is subject to notice, protest, investigation, opportunity for hearing, change, refund, and such other orders as the Commission may deem appropriate.

October 1, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has given Wyoming Gas Company (Wyoming Gas or the Company) authority to pass on to its customers a net wholesale natural gas cost increase of $0.0282 per CCF, effective for usage on and after October 1, 2019. The total volumetric rate decrease of $0.0256 per CCF is attributable to a projected natural gas cost increase of $0.0282per CCF to the Purchased Gas Cost, and a decrease to the credit in the CBA $0.0538 per CCF from ($0.0418) per CCF to $0.0120 per CCF. This approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

October 1, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has given Pinedale Natural Gas, Inc. (PNG or the Company), authority to pass on to its customers through its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) a decrease in its wholesale natural gas commodity costs of $0.296 per therm, effective on and after September 28, 2019.

September 30, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) Application requesting an accounting order for settlement charges related to its pension plans (Application). The Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) and Wyoming Industrial Energy Consumers (WIEC) have intervened in this matter. The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

September 27, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Thunder Basin Pipeline, LLC (Thunder Basin or the Company) for approval of a transfer of a public utility pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-104 and Chapter 3, Section 21(f) of the Rules of the Commission.

September 13, 2019 - This matter came before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon its own motion at the Open Meeting on August 27, 2019. The Commission, is soliciting public comments from interested persons and setting a Public Comment Hearing regarding the term "New Entrant."

September 12, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Gas Distribution, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHE or the Company) to pass on to its Pass-On Rate [Regulated Rate] Option customers in the Torrington Division a net reduction of $0.0612 per therm, effective on and after September 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

September 12, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy f/k/a Black Hills Gas Distribution LLC (BHE or the Company) to pass on to its Pass-On Rate [Regulated Rate] Option customers in the Casper Division a net decrease of $0.0462 per therm, effective on and after September 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

September 9, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding the complaint filing by VK Clean Energy Partners LLP (VK Clean) against Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company). The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

September 6, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy f/k/a Black Hills Gas Distribution, LLC (BHE or the Company) to pass on to its Pass-On Rate [Regulated Rate] Option customers in the Gillette Division a net decrease of $0.0132 per therm, effective on and after September 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

September 5, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Black Hills Power Inc. d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHP) for approval to implement a Renewable Ready Service Tariff, as more fully described below.

September 4, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Powder River Energy Corporation (PRECorp or the Company), for authority to implement a proposed Light Emitting Diode (LED) Lighting Size to its existing Outdoor Lighting tariff.
