May 24, 2021 - Docket No. 20004-149-EM-21 (Record No. 15723) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Amended Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU) to pass on to customers an increase in power supply costs by increasing the Power Supply Cost Adjustment Rate 50 rates $0.00216 per kWh for primary service customers and $0.00322 per kWh for secondary service customers, effective May 1, 2021; subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

May 24, 2021 - Docket Nos. 70000-1694-TK-21 or 70257-5-TK-21 (Record No. 15798) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink QC) has made a contract filing requesting authority to amend its Interconnection Agreement with Teliax, Inc., for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties’ amendment adds terms and conditions for Unbundled Network Elements and Resale to comply with the Federal Communications Commission’s “Forbearance Orders” issued in WC Docket 18-141.

May 24, 2021 - Docket Nos. 70000-1693-TK-21 or 70257-4-TK-21 (Record No. 15799) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink QC) has made a contract filing requesting authority to amend its Interconnection Agreement with Teliax, Inc., for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties’ amendment adds terms and conditions for Unbundled Network Elements and Resale to comply with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) “Modernizing Unbundling and Resale Requirements in an Era of Next-Generation Networks and Service” Order issued in WC Docket 19-308.

May 14, 2021 - Docket No. 30026-45-GM-21 (Record No. 15786) -Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority to remove $29,409,458 from its Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) mechanism and implement a February 2021 Extreme Weather (FEW) rate.

May 12, 2021 - Docket No. 30009-74-GP-21 (Record No. 15772) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has approved, on an interim basis, the Application of Wyoming Gas Company to increase its total gas cost factor by $0.3331 per CCF in order to pass on the extraordinary wholesale natural gas supply costs incurred during the February 2021 cold weather event, effective for usage on and after May 1, 2021. This interim approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

May 10, 2021 - Docket No. 70203-37-TA-21 (Record No. 15778) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Metropolitan Telecommunications of Wyoming, Inc. d/b/a MetTel (MetTel or the Company) for competitive determination of its local exchange telecommunications services, as more fully described below

May 6, 2021 - Docket No. 10016-73-CT-21 (Record No. 15733) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Wyrulec Company (Wyrulec) for authority to update its Miscellaneous Charges, Allowances and Avoided Cost Tariff, Wyoming PSC No. 2, Sheet No. D-2R. The Commission’s approval of Wyrulec’s Application is subject to notice, protest, intervention, opportunity for hearing, change, refund, or other such further order as the Commission may deem appropriate.

April 29, 2021 - Docket No. 70016-54-TT-20 (Record No. 15650) -Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the tariff filing of Columbine Telephone Company, Inc. d/b/a Silver Star Communications, (Silver Star or the Company) to revise its Access Service tariff.

April 29, 2021 - Docket No. 70006-122-TT-20 (Record No. 15651) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the tariff filing of Silver Star Telephone Company, Inc. d/b/a Silver Star Communications, (Silver Star or the Company) to revise its Access Service tariff.

April 29, 2021 - Docket No. 20003-202-EM-21 (Record No. 15776) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHE or the Company) for authority to increase its Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) by $0.00246 per kilowatt hour (kWh), as more fully described below.

April 27, 2021 - Docket No. 70009-500-TT-21 (Record No. 15713) - This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the filing of United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a CenturyLink of the West (Company) for authority to revise its General Exchange Price Schedule.

April 26, 2021 - Docket No. 30013-374-GP-21 (Record No. 15732) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU) to pass on a commodity (gas) cost decrease of $1.095 per Dth to its Optional Seasonal General Gas Service (Rate 72) customers, effective for use on and after April 1, 2021. The commodity (gas) rates for MDU’s Rate 72 customers alternate between winter (October 1 through March 31) and summer (April 1 through September 30) rates. The proposed rate decrease is for MDU’s Rate 72 summer rate.
