January 16, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application Black Hills Gas Distribution, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHGD or the Company) for approval of its tax plan to account for the effect of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA).

January 14, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Frannie Deaver Utilities (Frannie Deaver or Company) for authority to revise its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) tariff and pass on a net increase in the total purchased gas cost in the amount of $1.2556 per Mcf, to be effective for the three-month period of January 1 through March 31, 2019. The proposed increase is attributable to an increase of $1.3162 per Mcf in the purchased gas cost and an increase of $0.0606 per Mcf in the CBA Amortization credit, based on an over-collected balance of $19,311 through March 2019. The Commission’s approval of Frannie Deaver’s Application is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

January 10, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) Application requesting an accounting order for settlement charges related to its pension plans (Application).

January 9, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.6108 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential, Commercial and Interruptible rate classes, effective for usage on and after January 1, 2019. Additionally, CLFP’s firm supply reservation rate in its TF (firm gas transportation service) rate schedule is to be increased by $0.1875 per Dth, the on-peak demand rate in its TI (interruptible gas transportation service) rate schedule is to be increased by $0.1945 per Dth. The Commission’s approval of CLFP’s rate changes is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

January 8, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Wheatland Rural Electric Association (WREA), for approval of an amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) for expansion of its certificated area (Application).

January 7, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application Black Hills Energy, a division of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Black Hills Energy or the Company) for approval of its tax plan to account for the effect of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA).
