November 22, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the investigation pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-117 of the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) filed by Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) on October 18, 2019 (Docket No. 20000-552-EA-19, Record. No. 15192).

November 22, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of Rocky Mountain Power's (RMP or the Company) Amended Notice to the Commission that the Company intends to convert Unit 3 of the Naughton Power Plant (Naughton 3) from coal to natural gas in Lincoln County, Wyoming (Amended Notice).

November 22, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for approval of its 2020 inter-jurisdictional cost allocation agreement (2020 Protocol).

November 21, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co.’s (MDU or Company) Application requesting authority to offer its Renewable Energy Rider Pilot Rate 15 (Rate 15 or the Program) on a permanent basis.

November 15, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for approval of a general natural gas service rate increase in the amount of $161,121,638 or 17.28% annually. The Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate and the Federal Executive Agencies have intervened in this matter. The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

November 12, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Town of Walden Gas (Walden or Town) to pass on a wholesale gas cost decrease of $0.978 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential and Commercial customers, effective on and after November 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval of Walden’s rate change is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

November 12, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.149 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential, Firm General Service customers, and Small Interruptible and Large Interruptible customers, and an increase of $0.149 per Dth to its Optional Seasonal customers, through its CBA, effective on and after November 1, 2019. The proposed pass-on increases are attributable to the net effect of changes in the overall commodity prices, Non-Core Revenue Credit, pipeline rates and the amortization of the CBA. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

November 6, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Questar Gas Company d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion Energy or the Company), for approval to increase its distribution rates and charges for natural gas services by $3.5 million per annum and a rate of return of 7.46%.

November 6, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Questar Gas Company d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion Energy or Company), for approval of the 2020 year budget for Energy Efficiency Programs.

November 1, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) Notice to the Commission that the Company intends to convert Unit 3 of the Naughton Power Plant (Naughton 3) from coal to natural gas in Lincoln County, Wyoming

November 1, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Powder River Energy Corporation (PRECorp or the Cooperative) for authority to increase its overall system revenue by $7,030,045 per annum and approval to revise its tariffs to accomplish the increase, effective no later than September 1, 2020.

October 29, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Frannie Deaver Utilities (Frannie Deaver or Company) for authority to revise its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) tariff and pass on a net increase in the total purchased gas cost in the amount of $0.1214 per Mcf, effective for the three-month period of October 1 through December 31, 2019. The proposed increase is attributable to an increase of $0.0990 per Mcf in the purchased gas cost and a decrease of $0.0224 per Mcf in the CBA Amortization credit, based on an over-collected balance of $13,846 through June 2019. The Commission’s approval of Frannie Deaver’s Application is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

October 24, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has authorized Black Hills Energy (BHE or the Company) to pass on a gas supply charge increase of $0.3424 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Small General Service (SGS) and Large General Service (LGS) customers, effective for usage on and after September 1, 2019. The proposed increase is attributable to a projected increase in wholesale gas costs of $0.2562 per Dth for the SGS and LGS customers. It also includes a decrease of $0.0862 per Dth in the Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) surcharge credit for the SGS and LGS customers. The net effect of the two adjustments is an increase in the Gas Supply Charge of $0.3424 per Dth for the SGS and LGS customers. The change will increase BHE’s annual revenues by approximately $121,073 during the period September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020, and passed on to BHE’s customers on a dollar-for-dollar basis. The approval granted herein is subject to notice, protest, investigation, opportunity for hearing, change, refund, and such other orders as the Commission may deem appropriate.

October 23, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.045 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential and Firm General Service customers, an increase of $0.043 per Dth to Small Interruptible and Large Interruptible customers, and an increase of $1.958 per Dth to its Optional Seasonal customers, through its CBA, effective on and after October 1, 2019. The proposed pass-on increases are attributable to the net effect of changes in the overall commodity prices, Non-Core Revenue Credit, pipeline rates and the amortization of the CBA. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

October 17, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP of the Company) to decrease rates under Tariff Schedule 197, 2017 Federal Tax Cut Adjustment. The Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate and Wyoming Industrial Energy Consumers have intervened in this matter. The public hearing is set to commence on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

October 16, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for authority to revise Section VI., of Rule 7, as more fully described below.

September 13, 2019 - This matter came before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon its own motion at the Open Meeting on August 27, 2019. The Commission, is soliciting public comments from interested persons and setting a Public Comment Hearing regarding the term "New Entrant."
