January 21, 2021 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for approval of the disposition of major utility facilities pursuant to a Purchase and Transfer Agreement with the Klamath River Renewal Corporation (Renewal Corporation), as more fully described below.

January 15, 2021 - Public hearing is scheduled regarding Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) Application for authority to increase its retail electric service rates by approximately $7.1 million per year or 1.1 percent, to revise the energy cost adjustment mechanism, and to discontinue operations at Cholla Unit 4.

January 13, 2021 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Wyrulec Company (Wyrulec or the Cooperative), for authority to implement a smart meter opt out policy, revise its discontinuance notification language and update its miscellaneous charges, allowances and avoided cost sheets.

January 13, 2021 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Cheyenne Light or the Company) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct and operate a 115kV substation and associated transmission lines, and related facilities in Laramie County, Wyoming, as more fully described below:

January 12, 2021 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that RT Communications, Inc. (RT) has made a contract filing requesting authority to enter into an Amendment to its Traffic Agreement with Teleport Communications America f/k/a TC Systems, Inc. and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996.

January 11, 2021 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Fall River Enterprises, Inc. (Fall River or the Company) requesting authority to increase monthly small residential, large residential and small commercial customer service and non-commodity propane rates by approximately 11.6 percent per year, over a three-year period, with an interim rate increase effective April 1, 2021, as more fully described below:

January 6, 2021 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of High West Energy, Inc. (High West or the Cooperative), for approval of an Electrical Vehicle (EV) Charging Tariff.

January 5, 2021 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.379 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential, Firm General Service, Small Interruptible and Large Interruptible customers, and Optional Seasonal customers, effective for use on and after January 1, 2021. The proposed pass-on increases are attributable to an increase in the overall commodity price. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

December 18, 2020 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) is issuing this Call for Comments #2 to seek input from Stakeholders regarding the implementation of Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-18-101 and 102, as created by HEA 0079 (HB 200) and effective July 1, 2020. The Sixty-Sixth Legislature of the State of Wyoming authorized:
