May 17, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP), requesting approval for a decrease in rates, to account for the effects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA). The Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate, HollyFrontier Cheyenne Refining, LLC, Dyno Nobel, Inc., and Microsoft Corporation have intervened in this matter. The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

May 15, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Big Horn County Electric Coop, Inc., (BHCEC) for authority to offer pre-paid metering service (Application).

May 14, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) Application to decrease rates under Tariff Schedule 197, 2017 Federal Tax Cut Adjustment.

May 14, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) for authority to pass on a Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) of $0.00320 per kilowatt hour (kWh), as more fully described below.

May 14, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and its Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission), hereby gives notice that Vista West Water Company (Vista West or the Company) has filed an Application requesting to amend its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) and certificated service territories to accurately reflect the area it now serves (Application).

May 10, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) requesting authority to increase rates on deferred Net Power Costs (NPC) pursuant to Tariff Schedule 95; and to decrease rates pursuant to Tariff Schedule 93, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emission allowances, as more fully described below:

May 6, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) to pass-on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.1604 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential, Commercial and Interruptible rate classes, effective for usage on and after May 1, 2019. Additionally, CLFP’s firm supply reservation rate in its firm gas transportation service rate schedule is to be decreased by $0.0895 per Dth, and the on-peak demand rate in its interruptible gas transportation service rate schedule is to be decreased by $0.0929 per Dth. The Commission’s approval of CLFP’s rate changes is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

May 3, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Fall River Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Fall River Propane (Fall River or the Company) for authority to pass on a propane cost increase 0.4880 per gallon (Gal), effective for usage on and after May 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval of Fall River’s rate changes is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

May 3, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Powder River Energy Corporation (PRECorp or the Company), for authority to implement a new non-residential heat rate tariff.

April 29, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Town of Walden Gas (Walden or Town) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $1.66 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential and Commercial customers, effective on and after May 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval of Walden’s rate change is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

April 29, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Northwest Wyoming Gas Utility Company, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHE or the Company) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.1725 per therm, effective for usage on and after May 1, 2019. The Commission’s approval of BHE’s rate changes are subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

April 25, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) to pass on a wholesale natural gas cost decrease for the month of March through its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA). The pass on Application results in a wholesale gas cost decrease of $0.160 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Firm Residential, Firm General Service, Small Interruptible and Large Interruptible customers, and a cumulative decrease of $0.166 per Dth to its Optional Seasonal customers, through its CBA, effective on and after March 1, 2019. The proposed pass-on changes are attributable to a decrease in the overall commodity price. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

April 23, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) requesting authority to increase rates on deferred Net Power Costs (NPC) pursuant to Tariff Schedule 95; and to increase rates pursuant to Tariff Schedule 93, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emission allowances, as more fully described below:

April 22, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company), for authority to update its electric and gas Demand Side Management (DSM) Surcharge rates applicable to the DSM margin revenue recovery, the DSM balancing account, and DMS program costs.

April 22, 2019 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink) has made a contract filing requesting authority to enter into an Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement with InTTec, Inc., and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996.

April 18, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Public Service Commission of Wyoming’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Powder River Energy Corporation (PRECorp), for authority to revise its Large Power Transmission Coal Mine rate (LPT-CM) and Cost of Power Adjustment Tariff (COPA).

April 18, 2019 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and its Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission), hereby gives notice that Black Hills Gas Distribution LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHGD or the Company) has filed an Application requesting an order of the Commission the sale of a gas transmission pipeline and related facilities in Converse and Natrona Counties, Wyoming.
