October 9, 2020 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has approved the Application of Wyoming Gas Company (Wyoming Gas or the Company) to pass on to its customers a net wholesale natural gas cost increase of $0.0440 per CCF, effective for usage on and after October 1, 2020. The total volumetric rate increase of $0.0440 per CCF is attributable to a projected natural gas cost increase of $0.0715 per CCF to the Purchased Gas Cost, and a credit in the CBA of $0.0275 per CCF. This approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

October 6, 2020 - AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Requests for hearing by Global Tel*Link Corporation (Global Tel*Link or the Company) in the matter of the Company’s tariff filing to remove the inmate calling service rate caps

October 5, 2020 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has given Pinedale Natural Gas, Inc. (PNG or the Company), authority to pass on to its customers through its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) an increase in its wholesale natural gas commodity costs of $0.51 per decatherm, effective on and after September 29, 2020.

October 5, 2020 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) to pass on a wholesale gas cost increase of $0.266 per dekatherm (Dth) to its Residential, Firm General Service customers, an increase of $0.220 per Dth to its Small Interruptible and Large Interruptible customers, and an increase of $2.032 per Dth to its Seasonal customers through its CBA, effective for use on and after October 1, 2020. The proposed pass-on increases are attributable to an increase in the overall commodity price. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

October 1, 2020 - Notice of Public Deliberations - Thursday, October 8, 2020 - 9:00 a.m. Docket No. 90000-147-XI-19 (Record No. 15389). In the matter of the Commission's Investigation Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 37-2-117 of the Integrated Resource Plan filed by Rocky Mountain Power On October 18, 2019. Commission to commence public deliberations in this matter in its hearing room at the Hansen Building at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming.

September 29, 2020 - On September 22, 2020, the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) considered whether Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) filed rebuttal testimony constituted a material and substantial amendment to the originally filed application. Of significance, RMP’s rebuttal testimony included a new request for a cumulative increase in base rates of $9.1 million annually; a $2.0 million increase, or approximately 28.2 percent, over the $7.1 million requested in the original filing. The Commission determined that the original application was materially and substantially altered by the rebuttal testimony and ordered that the matter be re-noticed with a new original filing date of September 11, 2020, and vacated the hearing set to commence on October 12, 2020.

September 28, 2020 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) to establish a total purchased gas cost of $0.2345 per therm, representing a decrease of $0.0173 per therm, effective on and after September 1, 2020. The rate is applicable to all non-Choice Gas customers. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

September 24, 2020 - In The Matter Of The Revision Of Commission Rules Chapters 1 And 3 To Implement HEA 0079 (HB 200) (2020) Concerning Reliable And Dispatchable Low-Carbon Energy Standards - The Wyoming Public Service Commission is issuing this Call for Comments to seek input from Stakeholders regarding the implementation of Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-18-101 and 102, as created by HEA 0079 (HB 200) and effective July 1, 2020.

September 1, 2020 - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives public notice in accordance with W.S. §§ 16-3-103, 37-2-204, and 37-15-401 of its intent to revise Commission Rules, Chapter 1 (Authority and Definitions) and Chapter 3 (Electric, Gas, Water and Pipeline Utilities).
