Donna Crock

Senior Computer Technology Business Analyst

Donna Crock was born and raised in Northwest Indiana as a first-generation Lithuanian. In 1984 she called Colorado home where she met Eric, her husband of thirty-four years, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Metropolitan State University in Denver. After several years at a firm in Colorado as a network manager, in 1992 she and her husband decided to call Cheyenne, Wyoming their home. Donna worked at a local Cheyenne mortgage / insurance firm as a Network Coordinator until 1995 when she started her career with the State of Wyoming at the State Engineer’s Office as an Information Technology Support Specialist. In December 2000, her career with the Public Service Commission began. She is currently the Senior Computer Technology Business Analyst and has seen many developments and changes in technology over her twenty-year career with the Commission. She serves as the project manager and subject matter expert for the Commission's electronic docket management system as well as provides technical computer support to thirty-eight staff members and developed and maintains the Commissions website. Donna is a member of the NARUC Staff Subcommittee on Information Services and a member of ARMA (Association of Records Managers and Administrators) International as well as the local Wyoming ARMA chapter serving as seminar chair and past president.

In her spare time, Donna currently serves on the board of the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. She enjoys International and Domestic travel, scuba diving, photography (both above ground and underwater), hunting and fishing, making wine with friends, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, sharing the Lithuanian culture with an annual Lithuanian egg decorating get together, and exploring the beautiful mountain states, especially Wyoming.
