Purpose 

This page describes how to register with the Wyoming Public Service Commission to make electronic filings using our Document Management System (DMS).

Process 

Step 1 - Log in with current account or create a user account

Note: If you represent several companies, you must create a unique user account for each company. If you are a representing agent you must obtain the Company PIN Number from the company to file on their behalf.

If you are an Intervenor and need to set up an account, fill out the Intervenor Contact Form 

and return it to our Docketing Section.

Whether an existing or new customer, you must obtain a pin number from the WPSC in order to log into the DMS system to file electronically. 

*Please fill out the form with at least the required data items. These items are indicated by an asterisk.

*If you now have a User ID, password, and know your pin number, proceed to Steps 2 & 3 below.

Step 2 - Create a New Filing

Once you get your User ID, password, and pin you are ready to create a new filing.

Step 3 - Attach a File If Needed

Note: Only Searchable PDF files will be accepted for filings. Filename must be alphanumeric – no special characters are allowed in the filename. Filesize is limited to 21 MB or less per document.

Some filings may require attaching documents. Click on the link below for instructions on how to attach a file.
