Pamela Temte
Technical Analyst
Pamela Temte is a Rate Analyst for the Wyoming Public Service Commission and has been since December 1, 2017. She attended the University of Wyoming and earned a bachelor’s degree in both Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering. During college, Pam toured the state of Wyoming with the Gear Up program that prepares kids for postsecondary education and taught math labs to undergraduates. Pam also held an assistantship for three years at the University of Wyoming with the Carbon Sequestration research group where she learned to program in C++ to assist in the modeling of underground CO2 storage. Pam spent two years working as an engineer and four and a half years as an actuary before joining the Wyoming Public Service Commission. Through the Commission, Pam was appointed to the NARUC Staff Subcommittee on Telecommunications.
Pam enjoys spending time with her one year old son Titus and husband Stephen. She enjoys running races, hiking, gardening, golfing, traveling, and going to University of Wyoming sporting events. She likes to tutor college and high school kids in math.
