Michael Kollker
Staff Attorney
Michael Kollker is one of seven siblings raised in the Chicago suburbs. In the summer of 2004, he pursued an opportunity to head out west, settling in Colorado Springs. Since then, he's been migrating north along the front range, working, primarily as a carpenter, while attending classes at Pikes Peak Community College and Colorado State University. In 2014, he moved to Laramie to attend the University of Wyoming, where he received his J.D. and a M.A.
Michael has been working as an attorney within the Wyoming Public Service Commission's legal department since the fall of 2018. The Commission's attorneys work in parallel with the Commission's technical staff, orchestrating the proceedings associated with the approximately 300 cases filed by Wyoming's regulated electric, gas, water and telecommunications companies each year.
When his shabby cars are actually functioning and he's not bogged down with culinary undertakings, Michael enjoys Wyoming's outdoors, spending much of his time hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and snowboarding.
